After suffering a traumatic brain injury in a car accident, McCarthy found her way back to wellness with the help of CBD and cannabis, combined with daily therapy, Buddhist practices and healing modalities, including mantras and meditation. The BBC was created to help people on their own journey to health and well-being by incorporating the methods used by McCarthy.
