Missouri Cultivation License Rules

  • No more than the six legally permitted flowering plants plus six non-flowering planets plus six clones may be grown per licensee at any given time.
  • Licensees cannot grow MMJ for another person unless they are a licensed caregiver for that other person.
  • All home-grown MMJs must be labeled with the patient’s name, and their Eligible Patient Cultivation Identification Card with Cultivation Authorization must be displayed in the cultivation area near the plants.
